PRE-Heat created a packaged heat recovery unit to be introduced to the RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) in the manufacturer's pollution control system. As a package unit, PRE-Heat includes a base framework with an exhaust air fan, a supply air fan with an inlet, and outlet plenums on both sides of the exchanger.

The heat recovery unit takes the hot air from the RTO incinerator and preheats it before it goes back to the dryer. This heat recovery saves the company money on energy use for heating and drying its products.
