The System

The In-line Wave Plate (ILW) utilizes a combination of a wave
pattern to increase turbulence and an in-line dimple pattern
to maintain plate spacing. This combination creates a plate
heat exchanger with structural integrity and high turbulence
while maintaining low-pressure drop.

 

Design

The ILW is a heavy-duty, cleanable, all-welded plate-type heat exchanger with the industry's most robust primary seal weld. Variable plate thickness, spacing, and size are designed to meet system requirements and fine-tune the system to maximize efficiency and cost.
